Data Residency

Every document, database record and backup is stored and processed in Google Cloud's Singapore region (asia-southeast1), and document content, including all AI search and OCR, is processed entirely in Singapore.

Some services run elsewhere: your account details are held in Sydney, Australia; your sign-in details are held by Google in the United States; payments are handled by Stripe in the United States; and our email service keeps a delivery record in Sydney, Australia.
